This woman came in for her consultation with Anastasia because she was looking for a low-effort way to redefine her appearance. She wasn’t able to take too much time away from work due to her busy schedule, and she had already had permanent makeup applied years before. You may be able to see the faded blue eyeliner in her “before” picture. She and Anastasia decided to proceed with a rich brown color for her eyebrows, and a dark shade for her eyeliner. It would not have been a good idea to try to cover up her existing eyeliner tattoo, because that would have left her with overly dark eyes. Instead, a new application of eyeliner left this woman looking bright-eyed, and her face appears newly defined due to her healed eyebrow and eyeliner tattoos.
