About Facial Plastic Surgery
Facial plastic surgery encompasses an array of surgical procedures that restore a more youthful-looking and vibrant appearance by addressing specific concerns, features, or facial regions. To qualify for treatment, you should be in good general health and have realistic expectations regarding what is achievable. Personal Consultation
The first step to transforming your appearance begins even before your consultation with Dr. Wooten. We ask patients to complete a thorough medical history form so that our clinical providers can review and prepare for your consultation. During this meeting, you will discuss your medical history and aesthetic goals. Dr. Wooten will also perform a physical examination to assess your natural facial anatomy and skin quality.
Dr. Wooten will then use this information to create an individualized treatment plan tailored to you. Her personalized approach ensures that you understand each aspect of your procedure, from beginning to end.

Preparation
Once you have scheduled your facial procedure, Dr. Wooten will provide you with a full set of instructions to help you prepare. These may include:
- Avoiding Specific Medications: Under the proper medical guidance, you will need to discontinue taking certain medications or supplements that may thin your blood.
- Preparing Time Away: Arrange time away from your professional and personal responsibilities to allow yourself time to heal. Patients are asked to create a plan and enlist support from family and friends to ensure a safe recovery.
- Arranging Transportation: Have a trusted friend or relative drive you home from your procedure, as you will not be able to do so yourself. Caregivers will be required to remain with the patient for a minimum of 24 hours after surgery, and longer depending on the surgery and patient needs.
- Filling Your Prescriptions: Before your procedure, acquire any medication you will need throughout your recovery. Beleza’s clinical providers will send your prescriptions through well in advance of surgery to allow your pharmacy time to get your medications ready and for you to pick them up.
- Ceasing Substance Use: Refrain from consuming nicotine, marijuana/CBD, and alcohol in the weeks before and after your procedure.
