Breast Reconstructions Case #15212
Before
After
This patient in her mid-forties came in to have a bilateral breast reconstruction. After consulting about the increased risk of visible rippling, she wished to proceed. Dr. Wooten’s approach consisted of using bilateral tissue expanders and Alloderm. She placed smooth round saline implants. The left side was inflated to 450 cc and the right side was inflated to 440 cc to account for her asymmetry.
