This patient came in unhappy with her breasts and previous implants. Dr. Wooten removed ruptured 500cc Mentor implants and replaced them bilaterally with 620cc Sientra smooth, round, high profile silicone implants. Dr. Wooten also performed a Mastopexy (A.K.A a Breast Lift). You will notice that the patient has very thin skin, making her implants more visible. This patient chose to go bigger because some breast tissued was removed below the nipple to achieve a rounder, longer lasting result. She is happy with her result at one year post op!
