Breast Case #14685

Several years after her first augmentation with another surgeon, this patient was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts due to overlarge implants and the effects of gravity. Her beautiful result, pictured right, followed an implant removal, removal of excess breast tissue, and a breast lift combined with smaller implants. She is very pleased with this more youthful look, shown on the right at 17 months after her cosmetic surgery.
