Patient Care & Reservation Terms

Our team dedicates extensive preparation, specialized medical personnel, and state-of-the-art technology exclusively to each appointment and treatment session. The goal of the policy below is to maintain the highest level of personalized clinical care and appointment availability for all patients.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice Windows

We understand that unexpected schedule adjustments can arise. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your reservation, we require advance notice based on your specific treatment category:

Surgical Consultations & Spa Treatments of 1.5 Hours or Longer	3 Business Days	$225

The above notice periods are measured in business days. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for Monday or Tuesday, please notify our office the week before if you are unable to attend.

Providing adequate notice allows us to better utilize available appointments for other patients.

If you cancel or reschedule before the applicable late notice window, we will offer a credit to your account or, when applicable, provide a full refund of your consultation fee to the original form of payment.

If you cancel within the late notice window or fail to attend your appointment, you will forfeit your applicable consultation fee or be responsible for the applicable late cancellation fee. These fees are the patient’s responsibility.

Repeated failure to keep scheduled appointments may jeopardize your ability to schedule future visits with our office.

Reservation Deposit & Credit Card Authorization

To hold appointments, an active credit card must be securely stored on file.

For specialty treatments and extended surgical or medical spa bookings, a non-refundable reservation deposit may be collected at the time of booking. Any applicable reservation deposit will be applied directly toward your treatment total.

If you cancel or reschedule an extended appointment before the applicable late notice window, your reservation credit may be reapplied to your new appointment without additional fees.

Grace Period & Arrival Courtesy

To ensure you receive the best possible clinical experience, please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to enjoy complimentary refreshments, complete any necessary medical updates or paperwork, and gives our team time to prepare you for your appointment.

Late Arrivals Within 10 Minutes:
Your treatment time may be adjusted to accommodate the remaining scheduled appointments and avoid delaying subsequent guests. Full-service pricing will still apply.

Late Arrivals More Than 10 Minutes:
Your appointment may be considered a late cancellation if the clinical protocols cannot be performed safely within the remaining appointment time. Applicable late cancellation terms will then apply.

Luxury Exception Waiver

The Beleza Courtesy Waiver

We recognize that genuine emergencies, sudden illness, or extreme weather conditions can occur. As a courtesy to our patients, each patient is granted one (1) complimentary late cancellation waiver per calendar year, with no late cancellation penalty assessed.

This courtesy waiver is intended to provide peace of mind while allowing us to maintain the high level of personalized care and appointment availability our patients expect.
